1. All prices quoted in U.S. Dollars
• For deliveries to U.S. destinations, prices are FOB factory (North Tonawanda, New York)
• For deliveries to international destinations, prices are EXW factory (North Tonawanda, New York)
2. U.S. and Canadian Orders:
• Minimum charge of $60.00 per order
• Shipping charges are pre-paid and add, unless arranged at time of order
3. International Orders:
• Minimum charge of $200.00 per order
• All export orders are subject to a $50.00 Documentation / Processing charge
• Shipments are DDU with transit charges added to total amount billed
