Scuffing Head "C", for Model SH-300

For use with Scuffing Head Attachment Kit (p/n 135647) for Model 1700 Series.  Scuffing head "C" includes 0.300 inch blade with rounded contact area and radius edge.  (ONLY WORKS WITH MODEL SH-300 SCUFFING HEAD KIT.)
